Today’s market is filled with drinks promising runners everything from extra energy to added health benefits. What’s hard to figure out is what kind of drink do runners need? Do I really need a sports drink? What are the best drinks for hydration? Is water good enough?
- Water is perfectly fine for typical day-to-day activities or when going for a light, recreational run in normal conditions and circumstances.
